Active Ingredient(s) | Purpose | Ibuprofen 200 mg | Pain reliever/fever reducer |
Uses | For temporary relief of | minor aches and pains due to the common cold and flu | headache | toothache | muscle aches and pain | minor arthritis pain | menstrual cramps | fever |   |
Directions | Adult and child over 12 years | Take 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. | The smallest effective dose should be used | 2 tablets can be used if pain or fever does not respond to 1 tablet. Do no exceed recommended dose. |
Do Not Use | if you have had any allergic reaction to any other pain reliever/fever reducer | in children under 12 years of age unless directed by a doctor |
Ask Doctor Before Use If you have | had problems or serious side effects from pain reliever/fever reducers |   |   |
Ask a Doctor or Pharmacist before use if you are | consuming 3 or more alcohol-containing drinks per day | taking any prescription drug |
When Using this Product | do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless directed by a doctor | ibuprofen may cause stomach bleeding | may have severe allergic reactions: hives, facial swelling, wheezing, and shock | give with food or milk if stomach upset occurs |
Stop Use and Ask Doctor If | an allergic reaction occurs seek medical help right away | fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days | pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days | stomach pain occurs with the use of this drug or even mild symptoms persist | any new or unexpected symptoms occur | sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days | sore throat occurs with or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, vomiting |
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask health professional before use Keep out of reach of children In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away
