    NYSTATIN+TRIAMCIN. (MYCOLOG II)

    HOW MEDICINE IS ADMINISTERED? TOP
    Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor
    * WASH hands prior to administration.
    * CLEANSE & DRY area first before applying.
    * WASH hands immediately after using medication.
    * Use this medicine for the full prescribed treatment period.
    * Keep this medicine away from the EYES, NOSE, MOUTH, & other mucous membranes. Do not use OCCLUSIVE dressing unless directed to do so by your doctor.
    * This medication is for EXTERNAL USE only.
    WARNINGS/PRECAUTIONS: TOP
    * Safety of use during pregnancy has not been established. This medicine SHOULD NOT BE USED DURING PREGNANCY unless benefit justifies potential risk to the fetus. CALL YOUR DOCTOR.
    * AVOID contact with the eyes. Wash eyes promptly if they should come in contact with this medicine.
    * If severe application site reaction or irritation occurs, discontinue and check with your doctor immediately.
    ADVERSE REACTIONS: Stop taking this medicine and get emergency help IMMEDIATELY if you experience:
    Shortness of breath, fast or irregular breathing, fever, joint pain, fast pulse, lightheadedness or fainting, swelling of face, hives, & itching.
    Stop taking this medicine and notify your doctor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you experience:
    Weight gain; Muscle weakness; Menstrual irregularities; Severe skin reactions; Swelling of feet or lower legs; Swelling usually of face or lips; Severe skin itching with patches.
    Other Common Side Effects: TOP
    Skin irritation; Headache; Nausea; Dry skin; Inflamed hair pores; Diarrhea; Excessive hair growth; Stomach discomfort or pain; Acne; Lightening of skin color; Gastric or intestinal ulcers; Vomiting; Allergic contact dermatitis; Difficulty falling asleep; Secondary infection; Thinning of skin; Vertigo; High blood pressure; Unusual tiredness or weakness; Abnormal hair growth; Low blood pressure; Increased eye pressure; Electrolyte imbalance; Glaucoma; Increased appetite.
    Other Common Side Effects:
    If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome, check with your doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE, CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
