HOW MEDICINE IS ADMINISTERED? TOP Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor * For best results, get the support of your friends and family. Enroll in a Stop-Smoking program. * Patient should read specific "MEDICATION GUIDE" provided with this medicine before starting treatment and each time their prescription is renewed. * Apply patch to clean, dry, hairless skin on the upper body or upper outer arm. Rotate application site. WARNINGS/PRECAUTIONS: TOP * This medicine is CONTRAINDICATED for use during pregnancy. CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IF PREGNANT or intend to become pregnant. * DO NOT smoke while taking this medication. ADVERSE REACTIONS: Stop taking this medicine and get emergency help IMMEDIATELY if you experience: Skin rash; Rapid heart rate. Other Common Side Effects: TOP Headache; Increased appetite; Nervousness; Muscle pain; Difficult and painful menstruation; Difficulty falling asleep; Itching.
