    BEFORE USING THIS MEDICINE: Tell your doctor: TOP
    If you are PREGNANT.
    Tell your doctor if you are having any of the following conditions: TOP
    LIVER PROBLEMS; KIDNEY DISEASE; HEART CONDITION.
    * Inform your Doctor or Pharmacist if you are allergic to any prescription or non-prescription medicine; taking other medicines or have other medical problems; pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
    * Check with your Doctor, Pharmacists, or Nurse if information in this leaflet causes you special concern or if you want additional information about your medicine and its use.
    HOW MEDICINE IS ADMINISTERED? TOP
    Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor
    * A reduced-calorie DIET and increased physical activity are usually part of the treatment regimen. Follow prescribed diet and exercise programs.
    * Your doctor should check your progress at REGULAR VISITS to make sure this medicine is working properly and to check for unwanted effects.
    * Swallow whole, unless otherwise directed by your physician. DO NOT crush or chew film-coated prepartations.
    * Take this medicine WITH food, a meal, or a snack. Do not take on an empty stomach.
    * Take once daily at bedtime.
    * Regular testing of LIVER FUNCTION, including liver enzyme levels in blood, is essential.
    WARNINGS/PRECAUTIONS: TOP
    * Because of INTERACTIONS, report the use of any other prescription or nonprescription medicines, including natural/herbal remedies, to your doctor.

    * This medicine may cause dizziness, lightheadedness or fainting. Avoid sudden changes in posture. BE CAREFUL and slowly sit up or stand up.
    * This medicine may affect BLOOD SUGAR levels in diabetics, dose adjustment of antidiabetic agents may be necessary.
    * Notify doctor of any signs suggesting LIVER problems (eg, unusual fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, yellowing of eyes, dark urine).
    * Watch for signs of adverse CARDIOVASCULAR effects (eg, palpitation, chest pain, rapid heart rate, tremor, or nervousness). Inform doctor immediately.
    * Report side effects such as fever, chills, malaise, flu-like symptoms or increased fatigue.
    * AVOID hot liquids, spicy food, and alcohol. FLUSHING and a sensation of warmth, especially of the face may occur.
    * Take aspirin or a NSAID (e.g. ibuprofen) 30 minutes prior to minimize FLUSHING.
    ADVERSE REACTIONS: Stop taking this medicine and get emergency help IMMEDIATELY if you experience:
    Hot sensation and redness of face.
    Stop taking this medicine and notify your doctor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you experience:
    Headache.
    Other Common Side Effects: TOP
    Nasal congestion; Diarrhea; Stomach discomfort or pain; Nausea; Itching; Skin rash; Swelling of the extremities; Heart flutter; Memory difficulty; Worsening of gout; Gastric or intestinal ulcers; Irregular heartbeat; Difficulty falling asleep; Dizziness; Rapid heart rate; Shortness of breath; Sweating; Chills; Swelling of feet or lower legs; Belching; Gas; Myasthenia gravis; Muscle pain; Leg pain / cramps; Burning pain, tingling, or numbness; Difficulty breathing; Nervousness; Yellowing of eyes or skin; Darkening of skin; High blood sugar level; Liver problems; Prolonged prothrombin time.
    Other Common Side Effects:
    If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome, check with your doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE, CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
