DIABETES; HEART CONDITION or HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE; GLAUCOMA; OSTEOPOROSIS; PEPTIC ULCER; CHICKEN POX; LIVER PROBLEMS; KIDNEY DISEASE; THYROID problem; MYASTHENIA GRAVIS. * Inform your Doctor or Pharmacist if you are allergic to any prescription or non-prescription medicine; taking other medicines or have other medical problems; pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding. * Check with your Doctor, Pharmacists, or Nurse if information in this leaflet causes you special concern or if you want additional information about your medicine and its use.

Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor * This medicine is usually taken as a single daily dose in the morning. * Take this medicine WITH food, a meal, or a snack. Do not take on an empty stomach. * Swallow CAPSULES whole, DO NOT chew or break. * Do not DISCONTINUE this medicine ABRUPTLY after prolonged usage. * Inform physician if you have a FUNGAL or a VIRAL infection before starting this medicine.

* STOP TAKING MEDICINE & GET EMERGENCY HELP IMMEDIATELY IF A HYPERSENSITIVITY OR ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION occurs: (see symptoms below):- * shortness of breath, fast or irregular breathing, fever, joint pain, fast pulse, lightheadedness or fainting, swelling of face, hives, & itching. * Safety of use during pregnancy has not been established. This medicine SHOULD NOT BE USED DURING PREGNANCY unless benefit justifies potential risk to the fetus. CALL YOUR DOCTOR. * CAUTION: Prolonged use may produce CATARACTS and/or GLAUCOMA with possible damage to the optic nerves. * Notify doctor if there are symptoms that suggest BLEEDING, such as black tarry stools or "coffee ground" vomit. * Notify your doctor if signs of INFECTION develops (eg, fever, sore throat, chills, or unusual bruising or bleeding). * Notify doctor if signs of ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY (fatigue, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness) occur after dose reduction or end of therapy * Because of INTERACTIONS, report the use of any other prescription or nonprescription medicines, including natural/herbal remedies, to your doctor. * The results of some MEDICAL or LAB tests may be affected by this medicine. Inform the doctor in charge that you are taking this medicine. * AVOID GRAPEFRUIT while taking this medicine.

Shortness of breath, fast or irregular breathing, fever, joint pain, fast pulse, lightheadedness or fainting, swelling of face, hives, & itching.

Weight gain; Muscle weakness; Menstrual irregularities; Swelling of feet or lower legs; Swelling usually of face or lips; Severe skin itching with patches.
|
|
|
Headache; Nausea; Acne; Gastric or intestinal ulcers; Difficulty falling asleep; Vertigo; High blood pressure; Stomach discomfort or pain; Back pain; Indigestion; Gas; Unusual tiredness or weakness; Abnormal hair growth; Low blood pressure; Increased eye pressure; Electrolyte imbalance; Glaucoma; Vomiting; Increased appetite.

If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome, check with your doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE, CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
