Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor * Drink several glasses of WATER during the day, unless otherwise directed by your doctor. * Supportive care (hydration, urine alkalinization, and prophylactic allopurinol) must be taken to prevent hyperuricemia or tumor lysis syndrome.

* This medicine is CONTRAINDICATED for use during pregnancy. CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IF PREGNANT or intend to become pregnant. * Women of childbearing potential and men must use effective CONTRACEPTION during treatment * If nausea and vomiting occurs, do not discontinue taking medication unless advised by your doctor. * It is not known if this drug is excreted in breast milk. Notify your doctor if you are breastfeeding.

Unusual bleeding or bruising; High uric acid blood level; Sore throat; Vomiting; Joint pain; Yellowing of eyes or skin; Fever; Swelling of feet or lower legs.

|
Supression of blood cell production; Liver toxicity (yellow eyes or skin); Nausea; Mouth ulcers; Decreased appetite; Gastric or intestinal ulcers.

|
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome, check with your doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE, CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
